Absolutely! We're happy to accommodate changes to your order if you contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that window, most modifications—including address changes—can no longer be made. Please be aware that order changes may cause shipping delays in some cases.

Changed your mind about your style after seeing the proof? No problem! We're happy to create your portrait in a different style. Since each piece is hand-illustrated digitally by our artists from the ground up, there's a $20 fee per additional style. You can then select your favorite for the final physical portrait.
